3. AI Processing
Your resume and profile data may be processed by AI systems (including third-party AI APIs) to generate match scores, cover letters, and career advice. We do not use your personal data to train external AI models.

- Employers: Your profile/resume is shared with employers when you apply to their jobs
- Payment processors: Stripe processes payments; we do not store card details
- Service providers: Email delivery, cloud hosting, AI API providers — all under data processing agreements
- Legal: If required by law or to protect platform integrity
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

- Portability: Export your profile data on request

TalentAI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.
